M&P Geonova: New affiliate of MuP Group

The MuP Group has aquired a participation on 01.01.2009 for the Geonova GmbH. The company will ne renamed in M&P Geonova GmbH and the business will be continued by the present managing partners Lothar Brückner and Thomas Hartmann. Additionally Mr. Karsten Helms will join the management of the M&P
Geonova. Due to the integration of the M&P Geonova the MuP Group strengthens their position in the business fields geotechnics, site remediation and geothermal energy in Northern and Central Germany and expands in the business field raw material exploration. The presently existing Geonova benefits from the embedment in the networks and the associated expansion of the product range as well as from the know-how and the financial strength of the  MuP Group.
