Prinz Immobilien Consulting on course of expansion

Due to the expansion of their business activities, the Prinz Immobilien Consulting reached its limits in the exsisting office building. Prinz Immobilien Consulting managed to hire larger office spaces in the building across from now on the same territory and under the same address.

We are very pleased about the enlargement of our team due to the engagement of Mr. Christoph Koch as an experienced Senior Project Leader for real estate development.

Christoph Koch, Dipl.-Ing., M. Arch. (US), has studied in Cologne and New York and worked since 1997 in the offices Richard Meier, New York, und RKW, Düsseldorf, as project architect / project leader. Parallel to that, he graduated in 2006 in form of postgraduate studies at the European Business School (ebs) with a degree in real estate economy. In the last years, he was working for real estate developers and responsible for the development and the implementation of several large-scale projects.
