 How do I apply for a job at M&P Group?
If you are interested in a job, we look forward to receiving your online application. For each announcement you will find a link below that leads you directly to our application portal "Softgarden". Here you can create a profile, upload your documents and submit your application in just a few minutes. Do you have a LinkedIn or XING profile? Then you can apply even easier. Simply import the data stored there into our job portal with one click.

 How do the individual companies belong together?
The M&P Group is a group of companies with various companies. We have around 600 employees at 24 locations. In day-to-day operations, our companies operate independently of each other and at the same time everyone benefits from the advantages of the Group, shared knowledge and synergy potential.

 What documents do I need to attach to my application?
Your CV with all relevant details and - if possible - your certificates. In a short cover letter, explain your motivation for moving to M&P Group and why you think you are a good fit for us.

 Which job profiles are frequently searched for and can I send me an unsolicited application?
We are always looking for new talent, especially in the fields of geosciences, civil engineering, architecture and environmental sciences. You can send us an unsolicited application via the "Get in touch" button. After completing the form, you will be accepted into our Group-wide talent pool and will be contacted if there are suitable vacancies.

 What requirements do we have for our applicants?
In addition to professional expertise, we are looking for personalities who fit our company. You convince with your communication skills, are a team player, identify with our vision and would like to work together with us for a better tomorrow? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

 Who can I contact if I have questions about my application?
Once you have applied online, you will receive a confirmation of receipt to which you can respond at any time. If you have not yet applied, please contact us at pnc@mup-group.com. Our recruiting team will be happy to answer all your questions.

 How long does the application process take?
This may vary depending on the job profile. We examine the possibilities for your entry with the utmost care. Nevertheless, quick decisions are important to us. As a rule, there are only a few weeks between the first application and the hiring.

 How does the application process work?
If your profile is suitable for the position, we will contact you and arrange an initial interview via Teams. In this first round, you will tell us something about your professional experience and knowledge and we will inform you about the position and give you first insights into our company.
 If you are of mutual interest, we will invite you to another interview, which serves a more intensive acquaintance and exchange of information.
Sometimes it goes even faster and it remains with an interview round.
 We want to hire you, you want to start with us and we have come to an agreement? Then we will send you your employment contract as soon as possible and welcome you to the M&P Group!

 I have received a rejection. What happens to my data?
Please do not be discouraged, but try again at a later date. Your profile and application documents will be automatically deleted after 6 months.
